Chica

Chica is a lovely and gentle female German Shorthaired Pointer who is 3 years old. She has a beautiful deep liver color with white markings on her chest. She loves to play fetch, give kisses, and get attention. She is spayed and micro chipped.

The Basics:

Age: 3 years, 7 months
Dogs: Good with some dogs. Her previous adoption attempts failed due to her not getting along with other dogs in a stressful shelter environment. However, since being in rescue, she has done well with the well-behaved dogs we have introduced her to.
Cats: No, she is sharp with cats.
Kids: Unknown

The Good Stuff: Friendly with people, gentle, and sweet. She knows the "sit" command and does well on a leash. She loves to play fetch and is good at bringing the ball back.

The Challenges: She needs careful introductions with other dogs. She is not obedience trained yet, but she is eager to please and learn. She can also be a picky eater.
