Earlier this week Luke showed up at a local shelter in Southern California. Given his age (he’s not a puppy), his chances of being adopted at the shelter were slim, so when we were notified of him early on, we made tentative plans to rescue him. When he wasn’t claimed and no one showed an interest in adopting him, plans were finalized to get him to safety.
On Saturday Luke made it to the GSP Rescue. Thanks to Volunteers John and Teri for making sure he was pulled in a timely manner and for transporting him to the rescue, as well as Jane at the shelter who initially contacted us and kept us informed.
We’ll have more information on Luke very soon.
