Clyde is a 6 year old stunning liver and white ticked male German Shorthaired Pointer. This big and graceful boy has unfortunately lost his home twice now; once due to his owner’s death and most recently due to his owner loosing her home. In both homes, Clyde has had a GSP sister to rely on. He can be a little nervous in new situations but seems quite confident with his sister around. Charlotte, who Clyde has lived with for the past 4 years, is an easy 10 year old and we are looking for a home that can give them both the stability and love they deserve.
Clyde is sweet and affectionate, and loves giving and getting attention from people, and gets along fine with other dogs. Clyde’s favorite toy is a tennis ball and he will bring it straight back to you and push it between your feet – just to make sure you don’t miss it! He knows the basic commands, has been good off-leash in his former home (of course, that is something a new owner must work on slowly!), and he loves to ride in the car – big floppy ears dancing in the wind!
Ideally, we are looking for someone that would like to adopt both Clyde and Charlotte together. We will have more on Charlotte on our website tomorrow. If you are interested in learning more about Charlotte and Clyde, please apply here.
