Meet Cabrini, an adorable little GSP mix who is all puppy—and absolutely impossible not to love!

As we've gotten to know Cabrini, we've discovered a sweet, affectionate, playful girl who loves people, loves attention, and is always ready for some fun.

At just six months old, Cabrini is still figuring out the world around her. She's curious, energetic, silly, and full of that wonderful puppy enthusiasm that makes you smile even when she's getting into something she shouldn't.

And yes, she has a favorite pastime:

Sunbathing!

Give Cabrini a sunny spot and she'll happily soak up the rays before getting back to the important business of playing, chewing her toys, and looking adorable.

Cabrini also enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to play. She's a social little girl who would enjoy having appropriate canine friends to romp around with, although she'll still need guidance as she learns good manners and how to play appropriately.

And because Cabrini is a GSP mix, she is more manageable than a typical six-month-old purebred GSP puppy. She still has plenty of puppy energy, of course, but her energy level should be easier for her family to handle.

That doesn't mean she's ready to become a couch potato just yet!

Cabrini is at the perfect age for her new family to start building the foundation for the dog she's going to become.

She is smart and trainable, and with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, there's so much she can learn.

Her days should include walks, playtime, enrichment and stimulation games, training sessions, and plenty of opportunities to explore the world safely.

And then, after she's had her fun, she'll be ready for some affection and attention from her favorite people.

Things Cabrini's Forever Family Should Know

Cabrini is six months old, which means puppyhood is still very much in full swing!

Her new family will need to be prepared for puppy energy, puppy curiosity, and puppy mischief. She will need daily walks, playtime, mental stimulation, training, and plenty of interaction with her people.

She will also need her new home to be properly puppy-proofed so that curious little noses and teeth don't get her into trouble.

And one very important thing: Cabrini is not yet house trained. Her adopter will need to establish a consistent routine and patiently help her learn the expectations of her new home.

These aren't flaws—they're simply the things that come with adopting a young puppy.
