Gunther

Gunther is an 18 month old stunning black and white roan male German Shorthaired Pointer. From the moment he arrived, Gunther showed us what an incredible dog he is. He slept quietly in his crate, made friends with every dog he met, and quickly proved he already had training. On his first bike ride, he stayed right beside Greg—even when he spotted a squirrel.

Gunther is sweet, smart, affectionate, and great with other dogs. Like many young German Shorthaired Pointers, he needs exercise and mental stimulation each day. So we took him for a run, a walk, and even to the beach. After less than an hour, Gunther was happily worn out and ready to relax. This is the kind of dog who will bring someone endless joy.

Does very well running along side a bike which is a great way to exercise your GSP

The Challenges:

It is unknown if Gunther is house trained - we presume he is not, so he will need to be house trained in a new environment so he can learn the routine

Does not like when someone yells. Will cower
