Morgan

Morgan is a beautiful 5 year old white and liver female German Shorthaired Pointer. She is a sweet and loving girl who is playful, friendly and outgoing, and needs a home who will appreciate all of her amazing qualities.

Morgan is house trained and crate trained. She does know quite a few commands. “Sit, stay, come, lay down, shake paw, and let’s go”. She enjoys playing fetch, but needs work on bringing the ball back. She is good on a leash, but does pull a bit.

Morgan does well with other dogs. She lived with a Chihuahua.

At 5 years old, Morgan doesn’t need the amount of exercise a younger GSP needs, but she will still need daily walks or a run and continued training.

The Challenges: 

Needs a secure yard, and supervision as she can challenge a 5-6 foot fence

Has a fear of bicycles

Morgan has a tendency to become hyper focused on reflections, and will benefit with some interaction with positive distraction training

Morgan seems to have a fear or hesitation around people wearing hats.
